
Drugs of abuse testing is used to screen for and confirm the presence of several drugs in a person’s sample, generally through urine, blood or hair. The drug screening can be used so that a person may receive appropriate medical treatment or be monitored for illegal drug use.
Here at GED, we use a urine sample to screen for the most common concerns such as opiates, cannabinoids (THC), cocaine, amphetamines, and benzodiazepines, along with some specialized drugs including methadone, fentanyl, and tricyclic antidepressants.
